Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Items must be returned in their original protective packaging
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned outside the 14-day return window
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please message us via the chat by clicking on the 💬 icon or email us at team@dlarah.com with:
- Your order number (starting with "DL")
- Reason for return
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Orders
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returned items must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
